How We Help
At Centre Maranata, we’re creating a welcoming community where newcomers and immigrant families can find the support they need to thrive in Ontario. Through language classes, career guidance, digital skills training, and mentorship programs, we provide practical tools to help newcomers navigate their new lives with confidence and hope. From assisting parents with childcare connections to hosting cultural celebrations, we create spaces where everyone feels seen, supported, and valued.
We go beyond services to build lasting impact:
- Personal Guidance: One-on-one settlement support tailored to each family’s journey
- Skills for Success: Digital literacy and computer training to open employment opportunities
- Cultural Connections: Workshops, community events, and peer groups that foster belonging
- Family Support: Help accessing childcare, parenting resources, and education pathways
